  • Free Shipping
    All orders over $40.00 include shipping free of charge!
  • Domestic
    For orders shipped to destinations within the United States, our standard delivery method is USPS, for which we charge a flat rate of $7.99 for orders under $40.00. All orders will be shipped within 3 business days, pending credit card verification.
  • International
    International orders are shipped via USPS and will vary in pricing. Packages should arrive in 5 to 7 business days, pending customs. Please note that all international packages may be subject to additional customs, duties, or other fees. Please also be aware that international packages may be delayed due to customs.
  • Returns
    You can select the item(s) you're returning, and we'll automatically send a return label if your product is eligible.
  • How to Start a Return
    You can select the item(s) you're returning, and we'll automatically generate your return label. There will be an $8.00 deduction from your refund to cover the cost of return-processing. Certain Professional Enthusiast and Permanent Collection items are eligible for free returns and won’t be subject to the $8.00 fee.
  • Exchanges
    To make sure you get the correct item/size you want, we suggest you place a new order and then return your original order. Kindly email us at hello@kare.shop for assistance.
  • Final Sale Items
    Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on the following: international orders; personal care, and items explicitly noted as final sales on our site.
  • Promotional Codes
    Please read the fine print when using a promotional code, as items purchased using a code are often only eligible for return for store credit or are final sales. All international orders are final sales and not eligible for a return, regardless of the code used. Codes are applied before the cost of shipping, handling, and tax. They may not be applied to previous purchases, purchasing of gift cards, or shipping fees. Other exclusions may apply.
  • Return to Sender
    We're happy to ship packages that are returned to our warehouse back to you—please note that there will be a shipping charge. Please email hello@kare.shop to start the process and let us know if you prefer to have it sent to a different address or if you have any questions.
  • Gifts 
    Enter your message in the gift notes section at checkout. We will include your personalized note in your recipient’s package. If you’ve been gifted something you don’t love, you can exchange it for something else or opt for a store credit. Kindly contact hello@kare.shop with your gifter’s name, and we would be more than happy to assist.
